I've known Alma since 1983. She was so much fun to be around. Always full of life. she loved to study dance and eat Chicken. when ever you see Alma you'd see her daughter Mel. I always went to her for advise and she always had the answers.
Alma had a laugh like you've never heard. The last time I visited her in April of 2008, We laughed and sang. She will be dearly missed. I loved her like family. She was one of a kind.

I, Melanie Wilson am the daughter of this fenominal woman Alma Hope DeVone. I loved my mother very much and will miss her dearly. One thing she always stressed to me is that my education is very important. So in her memory, I will finish high school in the class of 2009 at Clara Muhammad School i Corona Queens. I appreciate all of the support that everyone hads given my family and I.
