Richmond-based Genworth Financial announces leadership shake-up

The resignation comes on the heels of the company's quarterly report that show another decrease in revenue from this time last year.

The first decision of the highly compensated executives was to eliminate as many positions below them as it takes to keep their own jobs. That will be today's news story on Genworth.
