For those patients wisely or not wedded to the idea of not using antibiotics or antidepressants I have found that having them eliminate those foods which they may be intolerant to and which may cause excessive wind, pain or other symptoms of IBS; having them use natural antimicrobials such as garlic capsules and ionic silver, having them use a high quality probiotic in the evening and teaching them a series of healing relaxing movements called Biokinetics to reduce their stress, has over an average of three months brought about more than a 50% remission in most with a withdrawal of approximately 12% due to non-compliance with the regimen.

Daily Horoscope for December 12

Aries

You're in a very talkative frame of mind and will enjoy regaling everyone with your opinions on all sorts of subjects. But make sure you're being interesting, and do your best to avoid being boring or not knowing when to shut up. If you're taking off on a journey or trip today, make absolutely certain that you've got everything you need before you set out. Otherwise you might discover that you've left something vital at home, which will be very annoying.
