Fertility Drugs for Sale

My husband and I tried an IVF cycle and was unable to complete the cycle because of medical issues. We have leftover medications that we would like to sell to someone that needs them.

We have the following to sell -

1 - Follistim AQ Cartridge 900 IU exp. 02/2010 with Follistim Pen and Case -$300.00

1 - H.C.G.(Noveral) 10,000 IU INJ exp. 09/08 -$15.00

1 box - Menopur 75 IU includes 5 single dose vials of Menotropins for Injection, 5 single dose vials of Sodium Chloride Injection and 5 Q Cap Vial Adapters exp. 11/08 -$115.00

6 - Ganirelix Acetate Injection 250 0.5 ML Sterile Perfilled Syringes exp. 05/2009 -$150.00 or $25.00 each

I also have a sharps container and extra syringes that I can include.

Is it legal to sale prescription drugs like this? I have some Infertility drugs left over from my last procedure and didnt know it would be legal to sale them this way....please let me know. thanks

I have 1 box of 900 Gonal RF Pen available. The box has been opened, but the pen was never used. Pen has been properly refrigerated. My doctor prescribed two pens for my first cycle of injections and I only needed to use one. I am now the proud parent of a beautiful baby boy! Pen expires 9/08. Asking $350, OBO.
