You will want to stay away from white rice, white flour, that means anything containing white flour also, pastas also need to be avoided, White potatoes too, stay away from those. Pretty much anything white needs to be avoided as much as possible. There is a whole wheat flour you can use to replace the other flour ( not good in all recipes. LOL ) The carbs are now being listed on the list with the fats and cholesterol. Oh, and they have whole wheat pasta you can replace for the other also. Try looking up starchy foods on the internet and see If you can get an idea of what you're looking for there. Hope this helped some. Good luck to you.

I have found that if I eat a high carb meal I feel so drained of energy and so achey that I thought that I was comming down with flu. Ive realized with time, that I have to keep away from pasta white or whole wheat, and rice.

You need to eat foods that have a low glycemic index. The glycemic index of a food measures how fast a certain amount of that food raises your blood sugar. Low glycemic foods containing carbs: nuts, grapefruits, beans, lentils, ... There are many good cheap books on this subject.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Libra

How is your Christmas shopping coming along? This is a good day for doing a little bit more of it, and your eagle eyes will spot some interesting items if you're looking for unusual gifts. It might help to take someone along to keep you company or to arrange to meet them afterwards. You'll be inspired to write some letters to put inside your Christmas cards if you haven't already sent them off.
