I was just looking through this thread and happened to come across your comments. How funny that you wrote this Jill. I just posted another thread and said I was doing really well with a hot flash cream that I bought at www.hotflashcream.com . Glad it's work for us! Hot flashes are just too much to bear without using anything! If you have any other ideas let me know.
