I had chronic hives for 9 months. I was very sick and miserable. My whole life came to a halt, I could not even wear clothes. The doctors ran a lot of tests(as certain diseases can case hives) & allergy tests and I was not allergic to anything. They sent me to UCLA where they ran more tests and finally told me my immune system was attacking itself. They never told me what to do to help myself, just said it would probably go away in 3 years! I decided I was going to have to heal myself. I went on-line (and so did my daughter) and started figuring out what messes up our immune system. I cured myself! Here is everything I did: No longer use soaps or shampoos with Laurel or Larueth sulfates(they lower your immune system, I get my soaps & shampoos from Whole Foods), or artificial colors or scents. No long used laundry detergents with any colors or scents. Purchased a new mattress (I got the Sleep Number Mattress as it can not get dust mites) & pillows(dust mites lower your immune system). Put 3 air purifiers in my house. Washed all of my bedding in hot water. Started eating nearly all organic foods, including meats. No longer eating anything with MSG, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives(they all lower your immune system). Only drinking Mountain Spring Water. Even purified water has antibiotics in it! Started taking 1000mg of Vitamin D, 1000mcg of Biotin(if you are low on D or Biotin you can get hives), Vitamin E, and B Complex & Vitamin C(all good for your immune system). Started drinking a shot of Wheatgrass juice everyday (you can get it at Jamba Juice, or health food markets. I grow my own. I got my kit & my juicer to grow it at www.WheatgrassKits.com ) Wheatgrass is great for your immune system! When the doctors can't help you, you have to figure things out by research. I really hope my research helps someone else. I am cured and feel better than I have felt in years!
