You are kidding right? That somehow "promoting" abstinence has caused an increase in aids cases. That's like telling people not to exchange needles is going to increase the cases of aids in drug users. Wake up! Humans were never designed to have multiple sex partners. BTW Where can't you get condoms today? All paid for by the taxpayers. Bush, Bush Bush. Is there anything that isn't his fault. You want to stop aids, you can start by NOT dipping your wick in anything that moves. Hey, how's that for promoting abstinence only.
