My name is Eyal, and I living in Africa.
One week ago I have made sex with girl, 18, which only after 85 hours I took her for a blood test. The result was hiv positive, then I took her again, and the same result, hiv positive.
I have to emphasize some facts:
1. I used condom during all the act time (“condom durex, extra safe, slightly thicker natural rubber latex condoms”.
2. The condom never blast, and when we finished, I fill it with water to make sure no leakages have done. It was ok.
3. No oral or anal sex, no fingers inside. I just sucked her nipple, gently, but for long time. She is never deliver a baby, and she is not Brest feeding. I had a small pimple on the top of my tongue.
After few minuets she didn’t want to continue, so I take off the condom cautiously, and started to masturbate for my self. I am circumcised.

That the facts.
I described all that to the doctor, and I begged him to give me the post exposure pills. Finally he gave me the “aspen lamzid “pills, which I take twice a day. I have started to use it only after 90 hours from the suspicious contact. It’s not easy at all.
I would like to know if you think that I under high risk according to what I described and what is your recommendation regarding the medicine.
Also, can it be that she has other kind of secretion from her nipple, which can be contiguous with the small pimple which I had?
Thank in advance
Eyal
