Not really. Seems that you may be the one partaking in mind-altering substances.<quoted text>
the hell I'm talking about is listening to a pot smoker after they get high.
Got it this time?

No, I disagree with you, it is not interesting. |

You may just be impaired. |

Nope, don't believe in it.

I've lived with chronic pain from a spinal cord injury and have seen three doctors, trying many different meds but the only thing that helps to ease my pain is marijuanna. Using through a vaporizer gives you nothing but the medicine you need from marijuanna without all of the side effects fron pills that did no more than knock me out.
Also marijuanna isn't as bad as alcohol yet alcohol has no medical use but many die from drunk drivers a year. The goverment spends $19.9 million a year fighting the war on drugs when if it was legalized for medical use it could be taxed and the goverment would be making money instead of lossing it. |

I've heard of many instances where the doctor told the patient to drink a few beers. Smoked a little pot the other day for the first time in many years.
It was a rush. I had forgotten how much it screwed up your thinking. I don't know about medical use but it sure made things different around the house. Got all paranoid about getting caught. I would forget where I was when driving around town. Weird effects, after not smoking for so many years, that I had forgotten. |

Just saw on tv this morning that California is looking at legalizing, regulating, and taxing marijuana. It could just be the savior of their crippling budget deficit.

It would seem to be common sense that if cannibus were to be used for medicinal or recreation that there would be rules and regulations as there are for alcohol and legal drugs when operating motorized equipment. |
|||
LoL. Now, that is funny, but seriously, stop driving around town while loaded on pot. Get those sorts of chores done BEFORE you go out driving or shopping. Also, today's marijuana produced for medical purposes is far stronger than the stuff we used to frat house around with back in the day. Hit it too hard and it can bring on paranoia. Just cut back a bit. 2 or 3 hits instead of a whole pipe-load. And, if you're purchasing your high with a medical recommendation, talk to the guy behind the counter at the cooperative. Tell him what sort of effect you are seeking, i.e. head-banging, mind-soothing ... you get the picture. There are many different varieties in the two primary families of cannabis. 1 or 2 may not fit your particular needs, but a third or fourth one might. |

Here's a very interesting article:

Common sense isn't all that common. Legalizing this drug would just cause a whole lot more problems. We have enough trouble with drunk drivers. |

You might want to read some research on the subject. You just might be surprised. |

Not funny, but a great video of a retired judge speaking about why he is supporting the legalization of marijuana.
No one should be in prison for smoking marijuana. ONly dangerous people should be locked up and our law enforcement should be spending their time on crimes that hurt people. http://www.youtube.com/watch... |

I smoked pot once upon a time. Quite a bit of it, actually. Great stuff if used responsibly and recreationally.
Just think, if it was made legal for medicinal purposes, how many friends those poor sick friends would have. All sitting around getting a whiff. Second hand, of course. But I read somewhere years ago that one joint was equal to 14 cigarettes for tar and nicotine. Tsk. That will never do. Can you also imagine the taxes on it? Can you imagine how much smoking pot would increase your health insurance premiums? Legalize the damned stuff, IF it is totally organic and untainted, and punish severely those who injure others because of it. |

I loved those spiraling carburetors the best. Bongs with wine was good, too.
