Judge it!
To say that HIV is no longer a fatal disease is a clear indication of your ethics and your knowledge of the disease. I sincerely hope that you never have to experience contracting it but with reporting like this, I can't begin to imagine that you have the slightest clue as to how to avoid it.
Shame on you for incompetence and the Daily Post for publishing it.
