Richardson has been so ineffective as governor in just about everything! No health care for anyone, not only children. Jobs are null. Crime is horrendous, to include gangs. What a mess!

AIDs is a color blind virus and if other races who think are not suffering from it should go for a test....this is a human rights issue. no matter how rich you are or how poor you are, AIDs is AIDs it will infect you if you don't take care of yourself sexually. besides being infected sexually you might get it through kissing or touching someone else's blood with an open wound.

When HIV enters your body, it doesn't react immediately. it takes 3months for it to react, that is why when you test they tell you to come back after 3months. you can even get infected through blood transfusion. so people please stop being ignorant and learn about the virus, don't listen to the media it will only mislead you because they are racist.

Gov Bill's new health care bill requires all parents to have their children on Medicaid, however there are NO CONSEQUENCES for failue to do so........
