1 The inhabitants of that region are obsessed with hiding sex from the younger generation under the misguided notion that it will keep them from doing it. It's just straight up neurotic nonsense. The kids have sex anyway, but because they don't know what the risks are or how to have sex safely, they end up getting infected. |
