I use the Qu-chi acupressure band to help relieve my hayfever symptoms. It seems to work really quickly and does not cause side effects like drowsiness. Its worth a go if you want a natural hayfever treatment.

I think ive had hives for the last 6 years on and off, but my situation doesnt sound as severe as alot of people on here. I literally get them only on my face and i will only get the one pop up and not a cluster of hives, they generally go down in an hour or 2 but really annoying.

I've mainly took anti histamines, but im starting to think they are not working, im using loratadine 10mg from store shelves, which i think works best in the past.

I started getting it from 17, i dont know what casued it, but it is everyday i get them now unless i use the daily pills.

Anyone else had this small mild case before, i think it may be stressed, but they dont pop up when im stressed but then ive read they can pop up mins or days after the initial cause.

I used to rely on Claritin. And last year I started to take a product called Immunocal. It is a high quality whey product that increases your levels of glutathione. It is the king of anti-oxidants that boosts your immune system and detox your body. Now I don't need ant other medication.

I use claritin, too, and it helps. I'm trying something new now. My first therapy session with BAX 3000 is tonight! It's a relatively new alternative treatment for allergy symptoms. I'll update and let you know how it goes. If you want to read about it, go here:

I was severely sick with allergies to everything I normally ate and drank. I had asthma and eczema. If you want to do something that permanently eliminates allergies without taking pills, shots or any type of medication, try looking up NAET - Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. I am happy to say that I do not have to take any pharmaceuticals or even natural remedies anymore.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
