With 20th century, European fascism, the state took control of commerce. In latter 20th century - to present American fascism, the corporation has taken control of the state/govt. Same end results, only the current form is far more hideous as it's so vastly intertwined within the broad, Profit$ Over People corporate culture, with fewer people able or willing to acknowledge the obvious.
