Arrived Alive is a tag line of Florida for how long?
The New Florida Killing Fields patients at high risk of death.
Well the hard part about suing any hospital in all of Florida is you need to have a third party (Doctor) to sign off the that flesh eating bacteria was the fault of the hospital and that is the catch all,,, getting another doctor to sign off.( an impossible feat) who are they kidding here, A Doctor!
The state of Florida law makers passed this garbage to protect doctors and hospitals, Our law makers have turn the Florida hospitals into killing fields, and all well knowing they can at will be even more sloppy and careless almost with immunity from a lawsuit.
The the Florida lawmakers has screw the patients.
The general public in Florida has had their rights taken Away by these (back stabbing law makers) now decided that a Doctor of all people!! Will now be the Judge and Jury, and if that Doctor states that the infection or other possible malpractice was not the fault of the health care profession, well case closed at least in Florida.
And the hell with the 7th amendment lets just violate it says the State Of Florida, A look below at that Amendment below is cut and dry, A Trial By Jury, not a Doctor.
Our 7th SEVENTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS. CIVIL TRIALS.
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Now if there are any Attorneys out there that would like to jump in here you are welcome.
But you can rest assure none will... there is nothing in it for them $$$$. Malpractice in Florida is for the most part a dead issue now and not worth anything anymore unless there was a monkey wrench left inside of you after a operation.
Now we the people need a constitutional attorney to take back our rights, that will not happen either, no money in it, no Attorney will dare go near this one.
Another victim of 15 months from the Florida Cesspools
