Hi Rita.....
There are numberous things that can cause fatigue such as.....stress, toxins, thyroid disease.....etc.
Did the fatigue come all at once or over time?? How long have you been experiencing this??
Does eating or certain foods cause the fatigue??
What is going on in your life or what has changed??
I know that I have thrown more questions at you instead of answers, but it might be beneficial to look at all factors in your life.
Angela
so what are some things a person can do to overcome fatigue???

I found that taking B12 injections help. I tried the sublingual drops but they didn't do much of anything. The shots seem to help more.

I suffered from anemia and fatigue for many months and a month ago I started takin B-12 Sublingual pills and O2 Proformance, these two combined have given me so much energy, I am now walking 4 times a day, I even have energy to go out dancing with my husband, literally has saved my marriage, and besides energy the sublingual b-12 has changed my mood, I now feel alive.
If you want to buy this product email me at vivperez1@gmail.com and I'll point you to the right direction. You deserve to feel alive.

I am new to this forum business, but here goes.
I am a mailcarrier and spend 8 - 10 hours a day on my feet. Five to six of those hours are spent walking and carrying a load. I am also 60 years old.

As I got older, I was coming home so whipped, that I had no energy for anything else.
The B-12 sounds good, but what worked for me was a liquid supplement once a day, and sometimes an energy drink when I got home. I am now feeling good enough to go out and work on my garden after work.

If you email me at dbrown80403@yahoo.com, I can share this with you.
What do you think?

Daily Horoscope for February 13

Leo

Something will surface that either allows you to go forward or blocks your progress. Whichever way things go, take action to bring about change. If there's a blockage, then investigate the true cause as to why things are stuck. If things are unfolding well then make sure you act with clarity and determination. You can build something for the future now if you make a decisive move.
