It does help in some cases it increases blood flow whitch helps the heart my rx bfs mom b4 she died of heart related issues took it and it helped alot with blood flow but never take it without a doctor telling u to and what brand etc

Don't believe foreign Pharmacies.. I tried them.. You will loose your money ! One time it took 2 months for my pills to get here...their customer service sucks. They answer the phones..or reply to emails and I had to cancel my credit card once cause they raided it with duplicate charges that kept repeating once a week !!!..
