Pretty interesting site. I have no idea of the difference between over the counter and prescription. And I did not know how involved the FDA is in regulating OTC supplements. Good stuff to know. I also liked reading all the ingredients in OTC pills. Im going to do some research on some of them. I already am a huge B Complex fan and there are some new stuff I want to check out. Im really interested in zinc and it role in sperm production.
