I'm going on a week late for my period. I haven't completely ruled out pregnancy, but I would say is not quite as likely as a few other issues.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 17 and my symptoms were pretty extreme then. I was put on BC to help subside the symptoms for about a year. I stopped using BC a year ago and pretty much forgot about my endometriosis. I went into boot camp and it through my cycle off pretty bad due to the stress. I finally got back on track a few months ago, with my symptoms very slowly getting worse. I get a sharp pain and alot of pressure in my uterus around AF time and sometimes during intercourse, and seeing as how I forgot about my endo, I just figured it was normal for me.

Now being this late for my period I started doing my research and endo came up along with pregnancy and ovarian cysts. My family has a history of female problems, cysts and cancer being some of them. Recently as of tonight, I've had to deal with lower back pain. I wouldn't say sharp, but just very uncomfortable, alot of pressure. Backache isn't normal for me. I've been dealing with constant cramp, with little or no breaks in them, and sore breasts for 3 weeks, even before I had intercourse.

I would think it's a little early to test for pregnancy, seeing as how it's only been 2 weeks and my period was due on the 7th. What are the odds of my endo flaring up after about 7 months of my cycle getting back on track and delaying my period? What are some tell tale signs of ovarian cysts as well?
