I am 23 yrs old, i have had my first periods at the age of 12,they have always been irregular (skipping 2-3 months at a time), when i do have my periods they're uncomfortable. But lately maybe for two months or so, i have been having pelvic pain while i did not have my periods. Physical activity, standing up too long, getting startled, having an orgasm (but not while intercourse)all triggered more violent pains. I underwent blood tests to see my hormone level but everything seemed normal, what would be the next solution to know what i have?

Sometimes blood tests don't show endo even if you have it.
I suggest that you talk about it with your gynecologist and decide on other exams. In my case, what revealed it was a magnetic resonance imaging.
