hi, i have been diagnosed with endo and the doc told me to start the pill for a whole 3 months stop for 7 days and start again for 3 months... anyone been through this. he also told me that after this period there is a great chance that i can conceive

Hi masmus
Yes I've doing similar. The pill will stop your endo from getting worse, as it controls the hormones involved with the production of endometrium tissue. Less tissue (which happens when you have your period) less opportunity for endometrium tissue to deposit itself outside of your womb (which is what Endo growths are).

Not sure about the greater chances to succeed but there are a whole heap of websites that you can look at such as www.youendometriosisonline.com

I was also diagnosed with endo and pre cervical cancer cells. I started lupron injections, once a month for 6 moths and norethindrone 5mg pill daily. I went with the more aggressive cure rather than the pill. But I'm not having anyumore children. I don't know if it makes a diffenernce with the injections if your trying to have a baby, but I haveheard of other women on lupron for that.
