Eczema treatment plan: Very effective

I agree that there is no magical cure for eczema, but the skin condition can certainly be effectively treated and controlled.

I had eczema for many years and have finally got my skin under control to the point where I can live itch and weeping rash free.

Through the years I basically put two and two together as to what was causing my eczema using diaries of what I was doing, eating , so it was basically trial and error. Everyone is different but there are generic reasons for eczema in most cases.

I find that my eczema is purely down to the body having some sort of allergic reaction to a substance which could be in my clothing, food, household cleaners, anything.

I agree with the seasalt especially for scalp eczema. You can purchase it from your local store but just make sure it is pure sea salt and not table salt.
