Stop subsidizing agribusiness and focus on locally grown food. When is the last time some one got E. Coli at the farmer's market?

What a bunch of idiots!!. The simple solution is to irradiate the food before any distribution. Europe has been doing this for years and they are not glowing in the dark! Michael Osterholm, the world reknown Minnesota epidemiologist has been advocating this for years, but the politicians are afraid to do it, because they do not want to offend or scare the voters, and thus not get reelected. Well, the voters are mostly a bunch of dummies. Just look at who they most recently elected President! On second thought, maybe I am wrong, and this is just God's way of getting rid of the stupid!!

It happens much more often than you realize. I live in an area that has a hugh amount tof ethnic market gardens, and frequently see the gardeners defecating in the fields!

People can be stinky,& filthy, unclean. They are working in our restaurants, our schools, orchards, where ever food is processed. The standards are lax. We need more supervision and strict enforcement, period! I have eaten out many, many times, and gotten sick an hour or two after, that is contamination of something.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Cancer

You've had enough time to yourself lately. This is a day to focus on family, with all the good and bad that that brings. Crabs would much rather be at the top of the tree than down near the roots, but that's life. You might be smart when it comes to matters of the heart, but you don't know it all quite yet.
