Hi

I'm doing my Duke of Edinburgh overnight walk and camp very very soon, but I suffer from diarrhea because I get worried that it'll happen to me (especially when i'm out in the forests etc).
What should I do or take in preparation? I don't want this to stop me, and would be nice that even if I was worrying it wouldn't trouble me. If I don't worry I think about it and it starts to churn my stomach whilst i'm out there.

Any tips?
THANKS!

I suffer from diarrhoea as well but I have a feeling that it is something to do woth over exertions, dehydration and intake of food. I suggest you vary your diet (as in, not just pasta and tomato sauce) but also take tins of food and plenty of fruit. Also get a really good night's sleep before each day of the expedition.
If you are unlucky enough to get it during the expedition then make sure you take Immodium or other diarrhoea prevention medis.
I hope this helps for your expedition and future expeditions!

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Scorpio

If something is bothering you, it's important that you say so now, loudly and clearly. It's no good bottling things up any longer because that will only lead to resentment and a slow-burning anger. However, it's important that you know when to shut up too, otherwise you might overstate your case or sound so demanding that you turn others against you.
