It is disheartening to know that Fresenius actually denied providing dialysis treatment to this woman. All technicalities and politics aside, I think they are fully aware of the repercussions if a kidney disease patient doesn't get the treatment that he or she needs. Additionally, I also found out from http://www.dialysisinjuryhelpline.com/ that some patients have reportedly suffered cardiac arrest when receiving treatment in one of Fresenius' dialysis clinics in 2010.
