'I was fat' - and you don't have to be

I recently lost 74lbs...yadda yadda blah blah...jyst eat less and you WILL lose weight.

I have a Gland Problem and 20 Big Mac a-day habit

I want a magic pill that will melt it all off.

I agree there is a more to it than just not eating thou! A little exercise and eating the right types of food help also, This is coming from someone that weighed over 420 pound in Aug 2005, I now weigh 215, Now it is summer time and I once again am working out to help me lose more weight. I lost my weight with out any type of surgery, People have to understand you are what you eat and drink, plain and simple.
When you go and eat out at the Buffet bar does not mean you have to pile your plate one foot high and make 3 trips to the buffet bar to get your money’s worth!! Or going to a all you can eat pizza place and EATING ALL YOU CAN, Fast food will kill you weight wise, Junk food is THAT!!! JUNK!!!! Once again you are what you eat. If you eat a pile of food and then go to bed over time you will wake up one morning and you will see this big surprise under the sheets!!! your belly, All those pounds you but on for eating before going to bed.
Now that I have taken control of my life I look around myself and see America is out of control, Most people are getting FAT, Obese, and lazy, Then they run to weight counter wanting a quick fix with a pill, Not the hard way of working out, It took months or years to put it on, It will take longer to take it off.
Wake up America or you will become sick and sicker and it will be to late.......You will die at a young age..I know my friend for 20 years died last years age 50. over wieght because he just wanted to sit around and do nothing... I tired to get him to come work out with me and get him to change his diet? But he just laughed and said( I can not do what you do) I do not want to be where he is untill it is my real time!
