Comfort at Christmas

Even while she was suffering with Crohn's disease in St. Louis Children's Hospital, 9-year-old Kaitlynn Borik never failed to try to comfort the other children around her.
So when Christmas rolled around, Kaitlynn, a third-grader at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School in Belleville, decided to make the lives of the children in the hospital a little merrier.
She organized a toy drive at her school and collected more than 200 toys. She and her family delivered the toys to the hospital on Friday. Read more
