Most of the tea to relief constipation are made from senna leafs. The Japanese has recently discovered that there is a better and safer tea
that can be used to relief constipation and its made from cassia alata. I've tried it and it very very good and it is also rich in antioxidant.I was told by the manufacturer that this tea has twice the antioxdant level compared to green tea. Just pour hot water into a sachet and brew for few minutes and drink. You'll be delighted the next morning when nature calls.I purchased this tea from sales@cedarfood.com. |

Korean groceries have them available in roasted form if you prefer to mix your own or want a more gourmet approach.
The labels of ones I have seen here have English text at the sides of the label or under the brand and product logos. |
