Is EVERYONE here a scammer? Or is there legitimate help??

Seriously, is there anyone on this site that is not out to scam you? Is there anyone on here that can offer real help to people in real pain? I don't mean lectures on how not to trust anyone, don't buy anything this way, go to a dr., do it the right way...I know this is not the ideal situation to obtain meds, BUT, I have done it the right way, I have a pain management dr. who absolutely will not treat me properly because I am too young (early 30's). Even with a real disease that I have had 12 different surgeries for. I'm FED UP with being in pain and I am fed up of being scammed out of my money. Scammers think they can take advantage of people like me because we have no other alternative. We have to depend on others to suppliment our meds because our dr.s won't treat us properly. I, personally (and several others) had someone that I could trust that did suppliment my meds each month, but apparently, he has gone to hell in a hand basket and has started scamming as well. I just cannot believe that there is NOONE else out there that can help someone like me and, for gods sake, won't scam me.

I know I am rambling on and on but there are real people who are in REAL pain, not just looking for meds to get high for recreation, that need help in supplimenting their meds or need meds period. There has to be help somewhere

From what I have read latelt there is mor scammers to actual sellers, so just be selective who you buy from.
