I have beaten most of my chronic pain with something called prolotherapy. People probably mention it on this board, but I typically see that people don't take it seriously. Well I can tell you from experience that if it is done by a skilled doctor, it can help A LOT. And its not covering up pain. The pain that it removes is cured. Permanently. Basically, you inject tendons and ligaments with a solution that inflames them, and they shorten, strengthen, and heal. And presto, pain goes away. Tendons and ligaments are actually the source of the vast majority of chronic pain. I researched it thoroughly and wrote a long series on it on my blog. You can read all 5 parts if you want all the gory details. I have had 6 treatments and prolotherapy basically gave me a chance at living again

I am currently looking into this treatment for a badly busted clavicle that was "patched up" in a hick medical community 15 mo. ago. I still cannot lay on that side or hold my arm over my head. My main question is how painful are the treatments? I havent met anyone who's familiar with this. my email is tkfroggy@live.com

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Taurus

Time is hurtling towards Christmas Day and it seems that you're in a panic about how you're going to get everything done in time. You may even have reached the stage where you've ground to a halt because you don't know what to do first. So take a deep breath, calm down and do things one at a time. Otherwise you'll end up feeling confused, tired and tearful.
