Hello--The tobacco drug company makes their cigarettes to burn hotter and with greater addictive power. They are not regulated and neither should the timing of this lawsuit.
The courts should see that time is of the essences for all humans that have the misfortune to be even one million miles near any type of tobacco.

California has the smoggiest cities in the country. One car puts out millions of times the same stuff as a cigarette every .8 of a mile. I have sat in their traffic jams and my eyes watered, my lungs hurt and my throat got sore. I would think pollution from cars would cause more damage than cigarettes as car exhaust can kill in minutes.

As far as health warnings, they were around in the 50s. Heck Nazi Germany had all kinds of bans on smoking. They showed in the schools and on tv black lungs that were supposedly from smokers. Later it turned out to be miner's lungs.
This is Just a bunch of crap funded by the drug companies. Common sense tells you that the ones making money off the bans and taxes will lie to make more money and gain more control. Time better spent is to protect your 2nd amendment rights congress is about to take away. 2nd amendment rights go a war will start here.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Virgo

Be careful you don't wind up doing someone else's work today, Virgo. There are all sorts of little tricks to persuade you to take pity on them, from pretending to be ill to making such a hash of everything that you can't bear to watch for a moment longer. Then you are likely to be asked to put in some overtime, at the expense of your social life. Grr.
