I don't personally have COPD, and have never smoked; but I DO have high cholesterol. I love the taste of soy milk, and am thinking of adding it to my diet. I didn't previously know that it could also help lower cholesterol.
In relation to "Vitamin D Improves Dieting and Weight Loss"; would this also be effective if one is having to take a "Prescription Vitamin D" because of Chronic Kidney Disease? |
