Grandmother speaks of ill-effects of smoking

As a part time volunter with a local hospic I see the end resault that smoking has on about 23-30% of smokers. From what I've seen it's not an easy way to die. A small percentage of people suffer with COPD not from their smoking, but from job related causes. Others, such as myself suffer from a genetic disorder called Alpha 1 deficiency. Exposure to tobacco or any other type smoke causes them major harm . Due to its toxic content tobacco smoke may be the worst.

If you wish to have your skin age faster then lots of other people, smoke cigarettes.

If you wish you needed eye glasses, keep on smoking.

Degenerate Riffraff sometimes post lies and absurd things about others. They and their ilk are as a general rule people with low self esteem and major feelings of lack of self worth. Not all are smokers, but sad to say we have such a crank (Nut Head) stupid poster, who I have reason to believe is a smoker posting on this thread. It's people like him who do harm to any legitament claims smokers might have, and makes them all look bad.

Ever look at the yellow teeth of a smoker, the stained fingers, the wrinkled skin...and smell them? THOSE things should be enough to make you want to quit..must less the pain they have to go through with the cancer that may come from smoking, the loss of income, the money spent on hospital bills, and Dr's care..Goodness..you don't have to be the sharpest crayon in the pack to "get it" You could be the dull crayon...just open your eyes!!Just like the "hair" appearance..not only does it look bad, it SMELLS bad!!
