I would like to know if any people who have celiac disease,like me, have experienced 'Insomnia
Just would like to know how to cure the Insomnia.

I have experienced Insomnia due to gluten exposure and thyroid problems. I suffered for about two years it made life nearly unbearable. After being diagnosed and changing my diet, detoxing and taking perscription grade supplements mainly anti-oxidents, minerals, fish oil and calcium I found all of my ailments including insomnia went away. The change was slow within 2 weeks I started falling asleep and sleeping 4hrs by 6 weeks I slept like a baby 7.5 to 8hrs no more no less. I also noticed that when being exposed to gluten I didn't get the immediate headache and stomach problems I had before. I made the mistake of assuming the gluten intolerance went away, so I started eating anything and everything I hadn't been able to since being diagnosed. Being as how the supplements weren't cheap I cut down on intake, Huge mistake because I fall asleep fine but now I am waking up 3.5 hrs later. Needless to say I'm going back to my strict diet and full dosage of supplements disregarding the price, a good nights sleep is priceless.
