Celiac or "sprue" disease is a tough thing. There are many on-line resources

Yes, I am allergic to wheat-gluten, I am affected by severe hives, I seen a skin Dr which I found out I am allergic to wheat-gluten. It is very uncomfortable, I have to use a cream to control the itchey hives I get. People need to be aware of this.

My child was diagnosed a little over a year ago with Type 1 Diabetes. They screen him regularly for Celiac because he has a high risk factor for Celiac due to the Diabetes. Just today, I received a call from his Dr that he may have Celiac; he has to be retested and I pray that he doesn't have Celiac on top of the Diabetes. If he does though, I will definitely sign up for this.

So stop eating it. Become a vegetarian.

it's a matter of choice. I am inspired by this article for sure. I am going to try to incorporate it just for good health.
