Can anyone please tell me if the yeast in sour dough is harmful to candida sufferers?

Sourdough should be avoided on the anti-candida diet. Yeast-free brown soda bread and sprouted rye or wheat, are allowed.

Sour dough is fine the yeast is dead , yeast is ok if it is non active , flat bread , turkish bread , dry toast , you need a three way attack diet , live bacterias , homoeopathics to inoculate have a look at candidahouse
