Hey fellow bruxers,
I was reading the new york times website about bruxism and cam across a link to www.cureforbruxism.com .
I decided to give it a go as everything else failed for me.
I used the methods found in the members area and they work very well. My jaw feels far more relaxed now.
You if you have tried everything else to stop bruxism you might want to try this.

I don't know about a cure for bruxism. My best luck was with:
http://oralresource.com/custom-night-guard.ht... my teeth where chipping and that stopped after I purchased my Custom Fitted Night Guard at the link above. Now I am afraid to spend a night without it. Well, thats my experience. It anyone has any luck with curing their bruxism, please leave a reply with link. Until then I am wearing my night guard. I have not yet heard conclusive evidence that there is an actual cure for Bruxism although I know there are many things you can do to help reduce teeth grinding at night like to wear a mouth guard. The problem is that many people will wear a sports mouth guard instead of one made specifically for bruxism patients.
