Just like the oil spill, the costs will be put to the community, who'll pay with their livelihoods, way of life etc. Minimal benefit to community by allowing a defunct town to be on life support a few more years and maximal benefit/minimal risk to Entergy. I can't believe their are people in support of this plant, let's here some rational justification about why trashing VT image is worth the jobs the plant provides and just 2% of the regions energy. We NEED to start conserving energy, that 2% is a good place to start. |

I have no reason to doubt nor believe this. There are other things more valuable than IQ and university education. There are many educated fools. Behavior of those who claim to be highly intelligent proves, or disproves this. Consciousness, common sense, discernment and being able to communicate knowledge effectively at least as, and perhaps far more important. Wisdom, knowledge and understanding, the foundation. Having a high IQ or schooling alone is not a substitute. |
