Facts are lost on fools. Until there is a single payer health plan, these things will continue to happen. vote everyone out who won't vote for a single payer health care system.

Do you have any facts to back up that claim? A source? The "panel of experts" won't be looking at individual claims. They will be evaluating treatment protocols and deciding which will be covered and which won't based on effectiveness. Insurance companies already have their list of what they will cover and what they won't, but they have people whose only job is figuring out ways to cheat their clients out of benefits which are rightfully theirs and they paid for.

Here is the right wing already with their psychic predictions of how bad a nonexistent panel will be in the futre. They will be so bad that they will be "worse then we have now". Now go back and read those stats one more time then cvome back here and explain to everybody why you are defending the insurance companies.

Furthermore, Medicare already has their treatment protocols set up by experts. A Medicare recpient can't just go into the doctor and request any procedure or drug they want because their friend got it. They must have a certain diagnosis with a certain level of symptoms which requires that procedure or drug. That is the sort of thing the panel of experts will be working on. An updated version taking into consideration new technology and effectivenss of previously approved treatments or drugs. A master list of what works and what doesn't for what purpose so we don't waste money on ineffective treatment and have more for effective treatment.

False claims should be denied. That is how you stop fraud and abuse.

With good insurance companies (not Kaiser) there is still a chance at receiving good health care...it helps if you are able to pay for the indemnity version as there is a lot more latitude. The people who would make the decisions with the proposed heathcare will not have to deny any claim!...by the time you would get taken care of, it will be too late...too little, too late!! Just like a telephone you don't want to answer...after a while it will just stop ringing!

Best health care if you are rich If we do nothing the cost each month will be more than your mortgage or rent payments. Keep the hospitals.doctors and nurses but why do we need the middleman insurance companies? Save 30%

Another psychic prediction that tries to scare everybody by painting it with the worst nightmare possible,“it will be worse then it is now" My God, no not that, not worse then it is now. Say it isn’t so. Wait a minute, does your crystal ball have a crack in it or are prognosticating with Limbaugh’s butt again. Keep rubbing your hands on it and watch as it starts to glow. It is about to speak. FaaaAAAaaart. Oh tell us great mystic what did it say what did the sound mean? The great orifice has spoken and it said that “IT WILL BE WORSE THEN IT IS NOW”

Now you claim that your care will be delayed until you die. Scaremongering tactics with nothing to back it up.

Amazing. The status quo will kill us and/or render us poor. By us, I mean the middle and working classes. The ultra rich will do fine. There's no reason to worry, FOR THEM.
