no , the pills are created to complete two different task . you have nothing to worry about .

Alright so, last Wednesday I woke up with a, what I think is a UTI. It went away after two hours and I felt fine, i had it again wednesday night but I felt fine all day Thursday but Friday morning it was back, and again it was gone after two hours. I had it a little bit Saturday morning but felt fine the rest of the day now it's Sunday morning and it's back again! Also, Ive been having a little bit of a diahrra. I'm afraid of things getting worse so i know i need to take amoxicillin but im afraid of it effecting my birth control (orthocyclen). I've been on it for almost 4 months now. What should I do?????

hello i started the amocxicillin capslues 3 days ago, and i had sex 2 days ago without using protection, a was also on my period with the 7 day break with not taking my pill.I take my pill on wednesday.. do you think i could get pregnant?

I started a 10 day prescription with AMoxicillin about 1.5 weeks before my period. I am also on birth control, but my boyfriend and I are very careful.
My period skipped.. and I have seen no signs of bleeding as of yet (1.5 weeks later than normal)... Has this happened to anyone? Or should I be worried that I am pregnant?

So I had sex on the 4th day of being on amoxicillin and I've had the implanon for almost 2 year and the other day I had sex with my bf and he didn't pull out and we had had sex two times that day and the next day I spotted and now I'm on my period. And I had been on a second bc for about a week to stop my consecutive spotting from the implanon and I'm sorta scared I might be pregnant! Please help:(

same here triciclen lo and since I've hemmed on da bc we have always pulled out .don't want to chance having another baby just yet but oven been takin amoxicillin suppose to be 3 x a day but I miss days n sometimes I just take one a day . So I've been nausious n finally took a pregnacy test dis mornin 5 days before scheduled period n it was negative but at night I spotted !! So now I'm freakin out . On bc, he pulled out ,,but takin meds n sex on high fertility so its 50/50 for right now .

i have a question.. i have been on amoxicillin for 2 day.. i dont take the pill but i have the implanon in my arm and am sexual active.. should i be worried about getting pregnat??

I have been taking Amoxicillin for 3 weeks now and on the pill. During this time I have been sexually active, but have used the withdrawal method and at other times condoms. I am due to have my period next week. I am a little anxious at the moment as my breasts and nipples are extremely tender and I have a sicky taste in my mouth. Should I be concerned?

Um, it is very possible to get pregnant while on the pill and amoxicillin. I was on amoxicillin two times for ten days each for a sinus infection within a months time. I got pregnant while taking it. I did not know amoxicillin affected the effectiveness of the pill. Be careful if you aren't trying to get pregnant.... I wasn't!!

I have religiously been on the drop shot for 3 yrs and have been prescribed amoxicillin for 10 days. Should I worry about getting pregnant? Didn't know if it affected the shot the same way as oral contraceptives

i have been on birth control for 2 years now and i got prescribed amoxicillin and have been taking it for about 3-4 days now along with my birth control still and my boyfriend and i had sex but he did not finish. i do not need the amoxicillin anymore and won't be taking it anymore. what are my chances of getting pregnant?
