Maybe it is Governor Strickland who is losing his marbles. He can have no idea what life is like for those of us who depend on medications to control bipolar and schizophrenia. I am bipolar. I was un-diagnosed until 4 years ago, when I was 42. My life up until that time was out of control. I had few boundries and almost no emotional brakes. My feet were in my mouth more often than one would expect for a person my age. Life was a downward spiral of failure, frustration and despair. Getting the medications I need to control the illness was like watching the sun dawn on a new day.
The governor HAS to rethink this 'prior approval' malarky, and decide for the people instead of the insurance companies.
