You really need good quality pants. They are a little more expensive but value for money in the long run and, probably, quieter and more comfortable to wear. The best are here:

Hi uk helper I've got instructions from my urologist on how to do that also I'm not keen on wearing plastic panties in the day due to noise and indescreetness and the fact that I dont need them. I only wore them last night to try them out and cos I was stressed and the last time I was stressed I peed more so I leaked. I leaked a little last night cos of the stress and woke up in wet plastic panties but my bed and pjs were dry. Im not wearing them tonight I'm only wearing drynites as im not stressed at the moment.

Hi everyone here's my update from 28 jan-12 feb
28th jan
It was Saturday. I woke up wet again and got changed and went downstairs. My sister was back she arrived Friday night. She asked me how I was at breakfast and said we were going 2 see dad today (my parents seperated when I was 12 he doesn't yet know about my problem and because of his work he rarely sees us) we were going out for lunch at 12:30 and he was coming to pick us up at 12 and it was already 11 so she told me we should get ready. I went upstairs to get ready and came back down in a red t shirt, leather jacket, black leggings and high waist denim hotpants over my pull ups. I also packed my handbag with a few spare pull ups (more than I usually take) and some wipes and plastic bags. He arrived on time and we hugged him and got in his car. We talked about normal stuff on the way to the restaurant. He asked my Sis about college and me about school. We asked him about his job then he asked about my football ( he often refers to me as his "little Ryan Giggs" quite embarrassing but funny. Unfortunately we got stuck in traffic and I needed to go. He saw me fidgeting and asked me if I needed the loo and I said yes but I could hold it (I knew I couldn't and we couldn't stop) after a few minutes of crossing my legs I started to pee and stopped crossing my legs and went bright red. After I finished I crossed my legs again so he wouldn't know. My sister was also desperate to pee by this time but luckily we got moving (she has a really weak bladder but it's not as bad as mine) by the time we got there I noticed a little wet patch on her grey pants between on her bum and between her legs when we got out and she still needed to go. She then tied her jumper round her waist and we both went to the bathroom whilst dad got a table and ordered drinks. When we got in the ladies my sis told me she had wet herself in the car and I said I had too. She looked a bit upset so I gave her a hug and said it was ok. She said Emily can I wear one of your pull ups just incase we get stuck again on the way back. I said sure and got one out of my bag and handed it to her. At this moment 2 girls who looked about 25 came in and saw my sister holding a pull up. They giggled as they walked to 2 of the cubicles and went in. My sis started sobbing and I comforted her. We went into the cubicles and I changed my diaper and got cleaned up and my sis put hers on (she's about my size just a bit taller so they fitted her ok). We came out and the 2 other girls who were doing their makeup saw me and my sis come out the toilets. They were leaving but as they did 1 of them turned to my sis and said "maybe you should have gone to baby changing little girl. When your potty trained you can come in here with us big girls" the other laughed and they left the toilets. My sis was getting upset but I calmed her down and she said. "How do I look" and turned around so her bum was facing me. I said "gorgeous babe". I then said "no one would notice they never notice me." she thanked me for the support and the pull up and said how weird it was wearing a diaper and that she hadn't worn 1 for years. I told her to give it an hour and she wouldn't notice it. We then left to join dad at the table my sis still had her jumper round her waist as her pants were still very wet. We had dinner and talked a lot. Then when it was time to go we left quickly as it was about 2:30 and my dad wanted to beat the traffic. Unfortunately in the rush we both forgot to use the bathroom. We almost made it home but we got stuck about 3 miles away in traffic. My dad cursed the traffic and we sat their waiting. About 10 mins later my sis whispered to me that she had to go and didn't think she'd make it. She was holding her crotch and had her legs crossed. I could tell she was desperate. About 1 min later she stopped holding herself and I could tell she was peeing. She whispered that she had an accident and i said I needed to go too.

A few mins later I also wet myself. We had both drank too much at lunch and were regretting it now as we spent 1 hour sat in wet diapers before we started moving again. When we got hope we said goodbye to dad and went in. My mom asked us how it went and my sis said she had wet herself on the way there and she was now in a wet diaper my mom hugged her and said accidents happen sometimes and a wet diaper is better than wet pants and my sis said "I know mom". My mom asked me if I was wet and I nodded. She told us to go and get changed and showered and told my sis to bring her wet pants and panties down to be washed and gave her a bag to put her wet diaper in. We got changed and came down to tell mom all about the day. Mom said that she was dropping me at Hannah's house for the sleepover at 6:00 so I should get ready and pack a bag and remember to bring my pjs and a pack of drynites so I did. And we left to go to Hannah's.

thats really mean that those girls said that to u and ur sis, why are us girls so cruel to each other sumtimes. Ive had lots of bullying and its always from girls. Anyway glad u had a gud time, my parents are divorced to.

Yeah it was horrible. They only directed it at my sis cos they didn't know about me but it was still really upsetting cos I knew I was wearing one 2 and they were insulting anyone who has to wear a diaper cos they've got a problem. I don't know why people have to b so mean about that. I mean it's a medical problem it's just like making fun of disabled people it's disgusting. I've never been bullied before but I've had comments sometimes which really upset me. It must be hard to b bullied and get that all the time. Sorry to hear your parents are separated as well. I'll post the rest of my story later I got 2 tired to continue last night.

thanks emily it means a lot. Just cos we have wetting problems ppl can treat us like little kids . Im just an ordinary teenager but i have a wetting problem i act like a normal teenager and think im more mature than sum silly girls. Even my 11 sister who used to tease me has grown up and exepts i need to wear nappies at nite.

Exactly. Its a dissability. Nothing to be especially ashamed over. Stupid people like those girls are just jerks. Dont let them bother you.:)

When I got to Hannah's mom dropped me off and I went inside Hannah and tracey were already there and in their pjs. I greeted them and they said they were going to watch some tv and told me I could change into my pjs in Hannah's room Hannah then said if you need to change you can put your pull up in the bin in my room (as I said before she's a bedwetter too). I went upstairs and got changed into my Pjs. I didn't need to change and so went to the toilet and came downstairs to watch TV with them. I could tell Hannah was already wearing her drynites as I could see the waistband sticking out of her bottoms. Tracey also appeared to be wearing them as well I assume it was to support us. So we watched some tv then played truth or dare. I was asked who my crush was or I had to take my top off and run round her garden twice. I told them it was this guy Fabio from sch (he's italian mmm) lol I have a thing for Italian guys. Once we finished we did makeovers and face masks. Typical girl stuff. When we had our masks on Hannah told this really funny joke and I laughed so hard I started to pee. I didn't even know I had to go it just happened. I told them what had happened and they told me it was ok and Tracey then told me (Hannah already knew) that she was wearing a diaper as well but it was because she had had a freak accident last night and her mom had gone ballistic with her and then told her she had to wear drynites to the sleepover just in case it happened again. Hannah then asked me if I had spares cos if I didn't I could use 1 of hers and I said I did. She told me to go and get changed whilst they got a movie ready. So I went upstairs got changed and cleaned up and came down. We watched the film and listened to music then Hannah's mom came in and told us we should go to bed and. Said to Hannah to go and put her drynites on before bed. Hannah said " i already have mom" she said "good" and left the room. I said to Hannah "does she know about us" Hannah replied that "Traceys mom had told her about Tracey wearing then and she said she told her mom about me cos her mom was worried that she would b teased. I didn't really mind her knowing cos Hannah also wets so she wouldn't think badly of me. We went upstairs and were getting into bed. Me and Hannah were putting on our plastic pants. I didn't want to ruin someone else's mattress incase I leaked and Hannah said she didn't want to have to change the sheets If she leaked. Then tracey said "Hannah do you have a spare drynight I could wear". Hannah looked a little shocked and to be honest I was a bit too hannah said " I thought you only had 1 accident last night and didn't wet in the day trace" she replied "yeah but I didn't want to miss out on the film so I waited and by the time I decided to go it was too late". Hannah said "ok go and put your wet one in the bin in the bathroom" she handed her a new 1. Tracey thanked her and went to change. When she got back we all went to sleep. The next morning me and Hannah woke up wet but Tracey was dry so we got changed and dressed. Tracey decided to keep hers on to prove she was dry to her mom. Then me and Tracey's moms arrived and we went home. We agreed to go to Tracey's for the next sleepover next week and we said bye to Hannah and went home.

Yeah I try not to let them bother me but it gets to me sometimes. I'm quite emotional.

dont get emotional emily , we are all hear for each other, its seems a bit harsh that your friends mom went mad after just one accident. My mom has always been understanding thankfully but she did insist that i wear proper nappies after my drynites started to leak. I have been out today with my bf and his friend and girlfriend who i hadnt met b4 theyre really nice we all got on well. I think part of the reason my mom was so understanding is cos i started bedwetting after they divorced and we moved house.

Hi Charlotte Yeah I know I think I'm just quite an emotional person. When I'm happy I cry and when I'm sad I cry. I cry quite a lot lol. On the soccer team we joke about how emotional I get. After the school team won a mini tournament between some other clubs and schools I cried as we lifted the cup lol that was funny and a good day :). Good to hear u had a gd day. It sounds like your bedwetting started cos of stress. I feel sorry for you that must be hard. I remember when my parents split up. It was cos dad worked too much. It was quite a clean divorce they both wanted different things and accepted it and moved on. I feel lucky in that sense cos I know a guy in my yr called joe and his parents had a really messy divorce last yr. He's not been the same since. It's nice 2 know ur here for me I'm here for u 2. Yh I thought it was harsh too. My mom never got mad after I started wetting day and night. I was the 1 who decided to go back to diapers and she agreed.

thank u . I think my parents are happy that the divorce is sorted now. Its been hard on all of us , my older sister was really great to me and my younger sister all through it . But when i started wetting the bed more and more through that time and moved schools it was awful. I was missing my old friends and was the new girl halfway through the term . I just tried to make friends and i have a few , i was dreading going back to school after xmas because it had recently been found out about my bedwetting and was getting picked on by girls. Once when a boy tried to stick up for me they said he fancied me and they told him "u dont want to sleep with her she still wets the bed'. One girl even started pulling on my hair in the girls toilets ( cos i have long blond hair and she hated it). My nickname sum girls gave me was bedwetter barbie. ive only ever talked about my bullying here i never told my parents only my big sister and ppl at school no.

Jan 29th
A normal day. I woke up wet and went out for coffee with my sis at bout 11:00. Unfortunately I had an accident on the way home in my pampers sz 6 so we stopped at a clothes shop on the way home and asked the woman if I could use her toilet. I got changed then we walked home. My mom told me my dad was going on a training excercise away from the area so it would be 2 weeks before I saw him (he's in the army this is why he works so much and is often away). I said goodbye to my sis who left for college. I had an accident whilst on the sofa. I didn't even know it was happening until it was too late. A few hours later I went 2 bed.
Jan 30th
A normal school day. I had a few accidents. I Came home feeling a bit ill though like it was flu so I went to bed when I got in. I woke up with a high temp, shivering and a wet drynite on at about 7 pm. My mom came in and gave me some medicine and had to change my diaper and clean me up cos I was too ill to even get out of bed let alone change myself. She put my plastic panties on over my diaper and gave me a kiss and told me to rest.
Jan 31st
Really ill worse than I ever felt before. I woke up wet and had leaked into my plastic panties. My mom took the plastic panties off me and took them to be washed and had to change my diaper again. Looking back on it I feel embarrassed that she had to change me like a little girl but at the time I was too ill to care. She gave me more medicine and arranged for the dr to make a house call the next day. I woke up again at about 1:00 pm and noticed that I had pooped my diaper and it was wet. I don't normally poop myself but cos I was so ill it must have just happened. Anyway I was really upset and started crying and my mom came in and I told her what happened and she told me I was ill and so it was ok. She had to get me out of bed and helped me to the bathroom where she ran the bath and undressed me and cleaned me up a bit. She then had to help me into the bath. She helped me get out and I dried myself with a bit of help. She then put a new drynite on me and bought my plastic pants back and put them on me. And she got my pjs and got me dressed and back in bed. I then slept until 8:00 when my mom came back to change me again.
Feb 1st
I woke up wet and mom changed me again. Then about an hour later the dr arrived she asked my mom first about how the illness had effected my incontinence.(she had my file with her) she told her that I'd been unable to go to the loo or change myself and that I'd soiled myself as well. The dr looked at me and said "poor you. You've got it twice as bad as other patients". She then examined me and asked questions which I did my best to answer but my mom had to answer some for me as I was really really weak. The dr then diagnosed me to my shock with swine flu (an illness I thought had gone away after 2009 or "swine09" as some called it) She told my mom to pick up some tamiflu from the surgery in about an hour and so I went back to sleep. About an hour and a half later she came back with the tamiflu which she gave me. When I woke up later at 5:00 i was once again wet but I was hallucinating as well and felt so tired (possible side effects of tamiflu). My mom came in and told me it was the side effects and changed me. I was feeling a little better though.
Feb 2nd
I woke up wet and I had pooped as well. My mom changed and cleaned me up then gave me my tamiflu.
Feb 3rd-6th
Similar situation. I was getting better every day though. The sleepover was cancelled as I was ill and my friends didn't want to do it without me so we have agreed to do it on the 11th when I'd be better hopefully. I stopped pooping myself on the 5th as I had the strength to walk to the bathroom. My mom still had 2 change me although I could walk slowly with a bit of help to the bath on 5th as well.

Aww Charlotte that sounds horrible. Sounds like u av had a tough time. It makes me feel good that you chose to tell me when it's something only close friends and family know about. Your a really good friend I feel like I can tell u about anything. Those girls are just horrible and they sound really jealous cos they pick on u bout your looks and you sound like your prettier than all of them. Girls can be so cruel as you've said before. Once I had my twitter account hacked by a girl who was jealous cos we were both after the same guy and he chose me. She said some awful stuff but then no one would talk to her after they found out what she did. I'm more popular than she is so people sided with me. If another girl ever tried to pull my hair I'd probably do it back. Being a footballer I'm pretty strong for a girl so shed probably regret attacking me. Anyway yh girls are cruel but I'm here to support you and you've got your friends and family and your bf. Remember it's only cos they r jealous.

Feb 7th
Finally I was feeling lots better. I could get out of bed and walk round although I still spent lots of time resting and took tamiflu I could change myself. My sis had come back from college midweek to see me again after seeing me at the weekend and bring me a card and some grapes (never understood why ill people get grapes). She was pleased to see I was getting better.
Feb 8th
Same as day before my sister left that evening to go back to college.
Feb 9th
Back 2 school finally better. I had a few accidents more than usual but that was probs to do with remnants of illness. Tracey and Hannah happy to see me and excited about the sleepover on Saturday.
Feb 10th
Another regular day. I had to see the dr first so I missed lessons 1-2 I wet myself when I got up from my chair in the waiting room. The dr just wanted to see if I was better and so I went back to school after changing at the surgery. At lunch I talked to fabio (u know the Italian guy I mentioned earlier) I think he's into me. I'm certainly into him. He asked me if I'd like to go to the cinema with him on 16th and I said yes. Finally it's a date ive been single for a while now and I'm really looking forward to it especially given that it's with fabio :). After he left tracey and Hannah started singing to me "Emily and fabio sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G". I laughed and said "shut up" whilst laughing.(it does sound funny in my Essex accent lol)(don't know if I've mentioned it but I'm a proper essex girl, my dads a Manc (from Manchester) but my moms from Romford). They tickled me and at that moment I started to pee. I told them and we left to go to the bathroom where I got changed.

wow u got the guy then. No u didnt tell me u were from essex . Im oringinaly from cheshire , have a bit northern accent i now live in worcester. The northern accent was another thing they tried to bully me ova. Anyway im just lookin forward to my valentines date with tom.
