I have a 13 year old son who has recently told me he has been having problems with wetting the bed(which I have noticed). So far we have tried lots of different things, but it seems like the only thing left to do is put him back in diapers until he quits. However I'm pretty sure he wont wear the diapers, so what should I do?

I think yuo should tell your son how you feel, discuss it with him. If he wants diapers until he stops he can have them, if he doesn't then try to come up with another solution. I am 14 so this is the best i can come up with =]

I am 13 years old and i have been wearing diapers sence i was 5. And i wear diapers 24/7. Even to school. But i think you should put him in diapers.

I think you should put the diapers on him so you know he is wearing them.

3. Make him go to bed 2 hours early then always, and make him stay in bed even when he is awake until he has to go to school.
4. before school let him take of his diaper, but still make him wear panties for school.
5. Do this for a week.
After this he should learn a lesson and will definetly put on a diaper before he goes to sleep. This is because not just that he has to be imbarresed wearing a diaper at home, he also has to wear plastic panties to school... that is aganst the law i should know i have a degree in law. its child abuse

Recently in New Zealand it has changed and you can no longer spank/hit kids but parents still need some way to punish their children wouldn't the way explained be a good way to punish a child (and within the law?) It's better than a lot of things.

I think you guys shouldn't get into a spat over this. This kind of trite fantasy b/s is all over the net ... oh god diapers and panties. Just ignore it, of course it's wank fantasy and not child abuse ... I suggest Rule 1. Do Not Engage.

I am a 31 year old back into diapers at night for bed wetting. I was a bed wetter back in elementary school. I went to the doctor and had a lot of tests done and come down to it that I have a over active bladder now. I have to be careful when I am out in public during the day. I am getting really close to wearing 24/7. I feel more comfortable when I am wearing a diaper and knowing that I don't have to worry about wetting the bed at night. It does take a toll on washing bed clothes all the time. So, in my thinking just sit him down and explain to him that there are a lot of people out there that have the same problem and to coop with it is to wear diapers and to have a dry bed in the morning. Also take him to the doctors to have him checked out just to make sure.
