hi charlotte dont feel bad as i wear nappies 24/7 and have been in nappies 6years i wet all the time adn dont mind wearing wet nappies im in napies for the rest of my life you may not be so cheer up and things might get better dont be ashamed of wearing nappies

Hi charlotte hope u get better soon it sucks being ill. Is it like some kind of flu. I went to see my eurologist today he ran some tests and asked questions but he thinks that I'm incontinent and says its not treatable. I swear I cried for hours after that. My mom decided not to take me to school as I was in such a state today. So I was at home 2. I never thought it would be this bad. I've always had a weak bladder but I never thought I could be incontinent. I don't know how I'm going to cope being in diapers for years if not throughout my life I mean I could be wearing diapers to college. Anyways hope you get better soon x

Thx for your support Charlotte I hope I'll be ok. Had an accident about 30 mins ago and have only just stopped crying. It hit me harder than usual cos I couldn't help thinking that im gonna be like that forever. It's good that I've got people I can talk to and friends who understand ? My sis arrived this afternoon back from college. She was really supportive so that was nice. She reassured me and said I'm a strong girl so I'll be ok. She's the best sister a girl could ask for. Thx again for your support my moms thinking about taking me to a clinic in London for a 2nd opinion so hopefully they'll be able to do something even if it's only to minimise the amount of times I wet.

Hi Sarah it's probs a good idea to wear a diaper. I'm a bit like you. 16 but hadn't wet for years day or night then it suddenly came on all at once. A eurologist said I was incontinent yesterday and that's been hard to take I'm still in shock about it. Hope you get better. My dr says I wont and I can only manage the condition.

Aw that sucks sounds like you've got the same problem as me. Well I hope you get better just remember your not alone. Have you been to see a dr.

Emily, did the urologist have any idea how this might have appeared? It just sounds strange how anyone could become incontinent without any warning so suddenly.
I think getting a second opinion is a good idea.
