How to wet the bed

Heres how I do it. Drink TONS of water right before I fall asleep. Take 3 or 4 gravol + some diahretics. These will knock you out + overwork your bladder. Sleep on your back. While falling asleep think about water related things, like swimming or baths.
Let the soaking begin!

Got any data to back this claim up? I drink Mountain Dew before bed quite a bit and I haven't ever felt the need to pee in the middle of the night.

I'm an 18 year old girl and love wetting my bed. I use to wet the bed when I was little and have been doing it again for a couple years. Normally I hold it in before going to bed and wake up in a pool of urine.
