All online pharmacies are not ripoffs. Some yes. I have used dealgeneric.com for 3 years now for generic propecia and cialis and most of the time it's free shipping. I even had one order not show up and they shipped a new one. The missing one finally arrived and they told me to keep it. Like I said, there are some good one and there are bad ones.
