A patient of ours has informed us that a company, Herbal-H, selling an herbal hair growth product
via PayPal is engaging in fraud.

The company, http://www.herbal-h.com/ , sells a product called Herbal-H, a hair regrowth spray.
This company is using a Hasson & Wong hair transplant patient's before and after hair transplant photo on their
website, the product packaging, and on the spray bottle itself.

The photo of the product can be seen on the http://www.herbal-h.com/ website. The direct url to the image is:

The inset before and packaging is a patient of Hasson & Wong Hair Transplant Clinic
and the photos have been directly taken from the hassonandwong.com website. The patient's photo

Not only is this seller using Hasson & Wong patient photos without permission, but is using them to promote a a dubious product. By having the before
and after photo on the product packaging, the seller is implying that the hair growth is a result of using Herbal-H, when
in fact the results are because of hair transplant surgery with Hasson & Wong Hair Transplant Clinic.

SCAM! Avoid these people. They do crap work and sell bogus products

The bottles contain my picture, without my permission and I have never used their product. My work was done at Hasson and Wong and my handle on all hair loss blogs is NicNitro. I had over 10,000 graphs by Victor Hassson in 2 sessions.

I have contacted my lawyer and will proceed accordingly to stop this false presentation.

SUE THEM! They are frauds

Any company that has to resort to SPAMMING which is STEALING ADVERTISING from hair loss sites should be avoided. These guys make alot of money and rather than pay for advertising, they are stealing it. Their products do not work anyway and ALOT of people are complaining they were ripped off. AVOID HASSAN & WONG for any hair transplants, products or advice. THEY SUCK

You are misunderstanding. Hasson & Wong is being ripped off by herbal-h, not the other way around. Herbal H used a Hasson & Wong patient photo (NicNitro who has commented here) to sell their bogus hair regrowth product. We didn't rip them off.

Please re-read my comment and the comment of NicNitro, the patient whose photo was stolen from the hassonandwong.com website.

Ah, I see. Sorry I did read that wrong and appologize. NicNitro has been spamming hair loss forums with false info and trying to reverse the actual information. Again my appologies to Hasson and Wong.
