HAIR REJUVENATOR: good luck trying to get a refund. First they REQUIRE that you get an RMA number before returning the product, but nobody answers the phone or returns your email or messages. Then, after calling non stop for a day I finally get someone on the phone who gives me an RMA number, but when I sent the package back they never picked it up so the post office returned it to me. I have now contacted the consumer protection division and filed a complaint. BEWARE, please don't waste your money too.
