South Africa Tests AIDS Vaccine

Is it going to be another derivative of the traditional African "rape a virgin and you'll be cured of AIDS" that has led to so many infants suffering serious injuries and becoming infected with AIDS? Or is it going to be along the lines of the homeopathic 100% guaranteed cures that various African leaders have promised to share with the world soon, just after election results are in?

What Africa needs is not a cure for AIDS, which can never work since one third of all Africa is infested and cannot be stopped spreading.
What Africa needs is chemical castration injections to stop the rising population and the rampant rape. This is the only solution for Africa's health, economic and social problems.

It will fail, it's their punishment for all of the rapes.

It's my understanding that, at least so far, the vaccine route hasn't proved very promissing.

Americans have been dying of sinces since the 70s, the first AIDS death was recorded in USA in 1969. Access to ARVs doesn't mean Americans or whites are less infected, ARVs are not a cure for AIDS.
